Dr. Benjamin Jump co-owns Moundbuilders General Dentistry, a comprehensive dental practice serving patients in Newark, Granville, and throughout Licking County, Ohio. Since 2003, he has been committed to providing modern, patient-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on advanced technology, comfort, and long-term oral health.
Dr. Jump earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College. His clinical interests include restorative dentistry, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and digital dentistry. He enjoys helping patients restore healthy, confident smiles through personalized treatment planning and advanced dental technology.
In addition to restorative and implant dentistry, Dr. Jump has a strong interest in facial esthetics and the relationship between dental health and facial appearance. He serves as faculty with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, where he teaches dentists and healthcare professionals advanced techniques in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and PDO thread treatments. He also lectures nationally on digital dentistry, dental implants, and modern clinical workflows for leading dental organizations and manufacturers.
Dr. Jump is a Diplomate of the International Dental Implant Association and an active member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Jump grew up in Granville and graduated from Granville High School. His wife, Brett, and their children, Davidson and Bella, are also Granville High School graduates. He deeply values being part of the Granville and Newark communities for generations and takes pride in caring for the dental health of local families.
